Legs up the wall or Viparita Karani is an amazing yoga pose.  It is traditionally used in a restorative yoga class and can be found in a vinyasa class using the waterfall variation.  This pose is amazing because it allows every cell in the body to be refresh, the heart works all while the body & mind is relaxed.  Legs up the wall can be done anywhere there is a wall.

Downward Facing Dog or Adho mukha svanasana is a foundational yoga pose when practicing vinyasa.  Downward Dog has the ability to lengthen the spine as well as the hamstrings.  This is a pose where your body finds the shape of a V.  Your neck is relaxed and you are connect to the earth or grounding.
