Join Katie and Amber for The Chakra Cleanse.  Our chakras govern different parts of the body, mind and soul.  When these chakras are blocked or off balance we defiantly notice.  It could appear in pain in the body, chaos of the mind or feeling trapped.  In the Chakra cleanse we will spend 3 weeks clearing the blocks and balancing the flow of energy.  Each class will include yoga, chakra education, chakra clearing, meditation and at home practices to maintain an unblocked chakra and flow of energy.  Each participant will receive a special Chakra bracelet.
