Strength & Stretch allows you to work on upper body and core strength plus assist in stretching out our overused muscles. This class brings a traditional rowing & ab strengthen experience to aerial yoga. Half the class will focus on strengthen your muscles and the other half on stretching and lengthening. The combination gives the body the best of both worlds all with the support and assistance of the yoga hammock!
