Free Trauma Informed Yoga Class

This trauma-informed yoga class is for anyone looking to decrease stress and become more fully present in an empowering and safe environment. Using physical movement, your breath, and mindfulness, you will learn to become present with the sensations and emotions that arise in the body and mind. You will learn breathing and relaxation techniques to tap into the "rest and digest" portion of the nervous system and decrease stress and anxiety before finishing in a restful Savasana.
