Learn techniques to center your body and mind.  Decreasing stress and anxiety through yoga, meditation and breathing. Attendees will leave with an understanding of how stress effects, its causes and practices to implement in daily life to combat stress and anxiety.

**Each Attendee will Receive a Crystal for Anxiety.**
