Yoga for athletes is a 4 class - 60 minute power vinyasa series (combining breath with movement) focusing on adding strength, length, and flexibility to the major muscle groups used in a variety of sports. This flow class will challenge your balance and endurance while working the muscles in different angles. You will work the body and mind as you move through more challenging postures and connected breath. The class will end in a calming savasana rest to absorb the benefits of the practice.
