Yoga & Essential Oils is a monthly workshop with a different theme each month. For July we are working on Freedom! Celebrating one's own power & freedom. This invites us to remember no one or no thing can disturb the freedom on the inside unless it is allowed. We will open the hips and work on backbends to create space in the body. Using essential oils to uplift the mood and energize the heart all while reminding us to be creative and playful. We will use and discuss benefits of the 6 essential oils used in class as well as a short information session on essential oils 101.
This class will be taught by Katie Bock who has been practicing yoga and using essential oils for years. Her experience will guide you in your own personal wellness journey.
