Prenatal Yoga classes allow pregnant women to nurture themselves, get strong and flexible for labor and birth and to connect with baby and other moms.
This class is designed to help with common discomforts in pregnancy and to prepare moms for labor and the early days of motherhood. Classes include poses for strength and flexibility, and breathing exercises to promote peace and relaxation.
No previous yoga experience necessary. We recommend waiting until the second trimester to begin prenatal yoga.
