A 90 minute workshop specifically for bikers - mountain, road, or any other form of cycling. No previous yoga experience required. Please bring a mat, or let us know if you will need one.
Begining with a quick introduction, we'll start off with 35-40 minutes of Yin yoga, focusing on the hips, low back, and shoulders. After a short break, we'll have a 35-40 minutes of a slow Hatha yoga sequence focusing on strength and balance. Short Q&A session at the end.
