Do you think your "not flexible, strong or zen"? Do you know someone who feels “not flexible, strong or zen enough for yoga”?
Now is the time to give yoga a try! Join everyone who can't touch their toes! This 4-session program is for those of you who think they are not flexible, strong or zen enough for yoga. Over the course of 4, 1-hour classes in January and February you will learn how beneficial yoga/stretching can be for you. Each class will move through postures slowly to highlight proper alignment, and use props like blocks and straps to make poses more attainable. You will practice grounded breathing to find your "zen". By the end of each class you will have a better understanding of yoga.
